The sun shone on this beautiful green, tree lined street, but it was no picnic for auctioneer David Lack. There was a large seemingly relaxed crowd, but surprisingly only one bidder came forward. With one pause for a referral inside, the property was passed in at $1,560,000 with Mr Lack's auction hammer unfortunately remaining untouched on this occasion. Further negotiations took place with the interested parties behind closed doors.
