Michael Nolan of Noel Jones held the auction indoors in this better than average 1960/70's home in front of a crowd of 60 or so people. There always looks more people when indoors. A bid from the crowd opened it at $1,050,000 and a vendor bid and a second crowd bidder got it to “on the market” at $1,200,000. The same two bidders fought it out until it was bought under the hammer for $1,360,000. Pretty solid result all things considered.
