9 Normanby Avenue, CAULFIELD NORTH

BOUGHT* - $1,380,000
Steven Abbott was ready for action, but I'm sure he didn't expect the opening bid to come as quickly and strongly as it did. "Wow, that's what we call a knock-out bid, a punch bid", exclaimed Mr Abbott when the offer of $1,300,000 came from the crowd of around 50 onlookers. Three bids later the property was on the market at $1,340,000 and quickly sold for $1,380,000 - all within minutes. A good, strong result for Mr Abbott and the Jellis Craig team.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

I felt that he was very honourable in advising me of this, rather than just serving his own interests. James Buyers acted on my behalf as a Buyer’s Advocate to purchase a high-end property in October, 2011. Mal James was at all times professional and did a lot of research pre-auction on this property. Unfortunately, I was the under-bidder, as ...
