1 Te Hongi Court, BEAUMARIS

PASSED IN - $1,250,000
A tranquil bayside street was the setting for this Beaumaris auction, where the mood was solemn as the drizzle started to clear. A reasonable local crowd gathered to witness Bill Jowett commence auction proceedings. The sound of birds was all you could hear when the auctioneer called for any opening bids. Mr Jowett attempted to draw out potential bidders with an opening vendor bid of $1,250,000, however the crowd remained silent and the property was passed in without any genuine bids. A hopeful Mr Jowett invited any potential purchasers to register their interest inside the Te Hongi Court residence.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

James Buyers acted on my behalf as a Buyer’s Advocate to purchase a high-end property in October, 2011. Mal James was at all times professional and did a lot of research pre-auction on this property.
