This auction was conducted outside during a slight break in the downpour. Auctioneer James Tostevin left it to the crowd to start the bidding and within a few moments there was a bid made for $1,750,000. Another bidder soon announced his intentions to secure the property, which resulted in a slow bidding war between the two parties. Eventually the property was passed in for $1,801,000 as the heavens began to reopen. The unique home drew a vibrant crowd of around 50 people despite the dismal weather. Bought after for an undisclosed amount.
