Despite the weather, a good crowd braved the rain to watch this auction. Once the auctioneer, Andrew Macmillan, kicked it off with a vendor bid at $2,900,000,there was some very erratic bidding with what appeared confusion between the 2 bidders as the increments kept changing. Finally after a very entertaining event, one family was happily successful at $3,215,000 while the other had to settle for a coffee round the corner.
