Phillip Kingston is always a pleasure to watch, and the auction of 32 Summerhill Rd was no exception. Assisted by Gary Peer colleagues Daniel Bustin, Leor Samuel and Glenn Bricker, Mr Kingston worked the crowd, giving a brilliant preamble to the 40 or so people assembled. Opening on a vendor bid of $1,200,000, one bidder offered $1,210,000 and the auction was well on its way. Another bidder soon joined in and it was indeed a dual to the very end. Mr Kingston referred to his vendor twice before passing in the property at $1,257,500, but left the crowd with no doubts that a post auction sale was imminent. Bought after for an undisclosed amount.
