42 Wattle Valley Road, CANTERBURY
BOUGHT* - Undisclosed
Like most people in Melbourne I love going to the football. Now, those reading this might say "what are you on about Guy? This is a property report". Well, the picture I am trying to paint is the auction at 42 Wattle Valley Road was just like going to the football - the crowd has huge! Probably close to three hundred people. Inside the house there were queues to get into the bedrooms and trying to get upstairs was near impossible. This was anticipated as this was a very special house. You don’t get a James Buyer Rating of 805 unless it ticks all the boxes. Now back to the auction. What an anticlimax! If you were the vendor you would think there must have been a number of parties amongst the crowd looking to lock horns and fight to the death to buy this stunning home. Unfortunately there was little bidding action and, after a vendor bid of $3,425,000, there was a very last minute bid of $1,000 just to secure right to negotiate after the auction.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
