74 The Eyrie , EAGLEMONT

BOUGHT* - $1,290,000
This felt like de ja vu since most of the crowd from a nearby auction half an hour earlier crept up the hill to witness this contest. The familiar faces did little to create a vibe, however, so it was left to auctioneer Rod Watson's wit to fire things up. He opened with two vendor bids of $1,100,000 then $1,150,000. Two bidders increased this a little but the property was passed in for $1,265,000 within a short period. Bought after for $1,290,000.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.
