37 Miller Grove, KEW
BOUGHT* - $1,700,000
Auctioneer Antony Woodley seemed poised and clearly delivered his structured and direct introduction. With some pesky grey clouds looming Mr Woodley commenced proceedings with a vendor bid of $1,500,000. However it was some time before he was able to entice further bids and a sluggish start caused some concern. Mr Woodley was determined to deliver for the vendor and focused on the task at hand. Not even some cyclists passing through the auction could break his concentration. Through some creative engagement by Mr Woodley, the activity level jumped. And as the heavens opened, and after a slick exchange, the property was bought under the hammer at the reserve price of $1,700,000.
