16 Wilgah Street, ST KILDA EAST

PASSED IN - $1,002,500
When auctioneer John Carter comes out to play it is always lively and fun and today was no exception as he displayed his usual exuberance, entertaining the crowd with his sense of humour. It was a reluctant crowd to start, but after the compulsory "half time " break, two bidders quickly moved the price up to the eventual figure of $1,002,500, at which point the property was passed in. An amused, observant crowd.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.
