After a short introduction on the location and the property, auctioneer Evan Lykourinos asked for a reasonable start. The crowd stood quiet as Mr Lykourinos waited few minutes before offering any vendor bid. Finally, a vendor bid of $1,900,000 was placed, the auctioneer looking for $25,000 rises. Despite the quality and the position on offer, not one of the 80 people attending moved. The Bekdon Richards Team made their way inside to seek instructions from their vendor. Mr Lykourinos returned from the half time break looking for a bid, where he was able to find 1 bidder who offered the first and only bid of $ 1,925,000, to which Mr Lykourinos made a final vendor bid of $2,000,000 and the property was passed in. The property sold after for an undisclosed amount.
