This brings a second bidder out from behind the trees and the two of them are at it hammer and tongs as we sail past the reserve of $2,350,000 and onward past station $2,500,000. Bidder 1 looks much the stronger and Bidder 2 looks to be wavering, but at $2,590,000 with the bid being held by the steadfast Bidder 1, Bidder 2 adds $10,000 and Bidder 1 folds his cards, and that's the end, with the invincible Bidder 1 forced to watch as the papers slap the hand, and the home is purchased by Bidder 2 at $2,600,000.
