The market continues to perform well and on my regular chats with agents the feedback is very positive. Interestingly, the clearance rates at the bigger firms for auctions are more often than not exceeding the average clearance rate.

At 6.00 pm on Saturday the James Clearance Rate for Melbourne’s $M+ property was 76% on the 38 auctions we covered. The Weekly Review Bidderman, our bidders per auction measurement, was 2.3, which is much stronger than it was this time last year (hovering 1.5). Wow Bidderman 2.3!
