This is an interesting home with plenty of potential, but the floorplan needs some thought.
A couple of the bedrooms don’t have built-in storage, which can be added, and the layout is a little unusual. One space feels like it could be a bedroom, while one of the bedrooms almost feels like it’s part of the living area. You’ll need to work out how that could function for your family.
The kitchen is functional, but some buyers will want to update it and add their own style. If you’re going beyond a cosmetic renovation, I’d also be looking at the fact that there’s only one bathroom.
The north-facing rear is a real positive. There’s not a huge amount of land, but there is potential to rework the back and build up. You’d also get some pretty good city views from an upper level.
So the position is handy, the aspect is good and there is potential here. The question is whether you can make the existing layout work for you.
