Pretty much a brand new home behind a period façade. Apart from the downstairs front living room, there is very little of the original character left.
The architect has done a good job. Good natural light, north-facing rear, and a layout that works. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms over multiple levels, though like all terrace homes, it is a little narrow.
This will suit a smaller household, perhaps a young family, wanting something finished and ready to go. The parking is there, but I would test the access before relying on it.
Cafés around the corner, beach down the road. Middle Park does a lot of the heavy lifting here.
The appeal is simplicity. The trade-off is space.
