A better package than first impressions suggest.
The compromises are obvious rather than hidden. Being on the south side of an east-west pair means natural light is not as strong as its northern counterpart. The busy road brings some background noise, although double glazing does a respectable job of keeping it in check.
Beyond that, there is a lot to like.
The floorplan works well for families. Main bedroom downstairs, three further bedrooms upstairs around a central bathroom, plus a second living area. Bedroom separation is sensible and the home feels easy to live in.
Front and rear gardens both add genuine breathing space, and the rear garaging is particularly well handled.
This feels like a slightly above average all-rounder. Practical, well thought through, and with no hidden surprises.
