Wilson Street carries some traffic, so for me it is a B street. But north facing rear, fairly flat block and a good backyard are positives.
The house itself is a bit of a ‘Balwyn formula’. These homes can look tired and dated, but the floorplans generally work. This one does. It feels solid, reasonably light and probably fairly low maintenance.
Quote is up to 4.2. If you could buy it in the high threes, why wouldn’t you?

Close to schools, Church Street and Bay Street.
Buy it at the right price and it could do the job very well.
