Lovely little Edwardian with some Victorian and Californian bungalow influences. A bit of a mixed bag, but the façade has real charm.
The highlight here is the location. Shops and trains around 100 metres away, making it incredibly convenient.
Inside, the floor plan is fairly average. Three bedrooms, the main with an ensuite, while the other two share a bathroom at the rear, which isn’t ideal.
The south-facing rear means limited natural light, and the irregularly shaped garden has some overlooking, although the planting is helping with privacy.
It’s single level, apart from a couple of front steps, and rear access could potentially be made step-free.
I quite like the lounge and the rear garden does feel reasonably private. There’s off-street parking too.
Overall, a fairly average offering, but in a great location. And for me, that’s what really works here.
