I love this street. On 755 square metres, this is a really solid, high-quality home. Yes, it’s a formula you see quite often in Kew and Balwyn, but this is far superior in quality to many of those properties.
I like the basement parking. I like upstairs. I like the middle. There’s really nothing I don’t like about it.
Beautiful wide hallways, excellent proportions and particularly good bedroom accommodation upstairs. It all feels very well considered.
It probably lacks a lift for some buyers, although I suspect one could be incorporated towards the rear without too much difficulty.
Not a huge backyard, but that may suit buyers looking for something relatively low maintenance. It’s pretty hard to find a real problem with this home.
You’d have to say it’s pretty well A’s all the way through.
