For me, this is really about the location and the opportunity it presents, not necessarily what it is today, but what it could become.
Really pretty façade, very close to the village and dual street frontage. We know the street well, having bought the neighbour next door and the one next to that.
The floorplan is interrupted, particularly with the kitchen acting as a thoroughfare. But you can move in and chip away over time (STCA).
That could work for an entry level buyer, or a downsizer coming off a bigger home and land.
Create the floorplan we expect today, perhaps a main bedroom with ensuite and better flow (STCA).
But again, this one is really about the location.
