There is not a lot of warmth here, but that is not a criticism. That is exactly what it is designed to be. An international hotel style home dropped into South Yarra.
Quality of finish is unquestionable. Build quality feels excellent from the basement right through to the top retreat.
Main bedroom works, upper spaces work, the whole thing functions at a very high level.
At around $19.5m you are not going to walk through and find obvious mistakes.
The question is simply whether this style connects with you or not.
