This is a small home that lives surprisingly well.
What stands out is how well the home has aged. The renovation is not new, but the layout remains functional, with good storage and two bathrooms adding to the practicality.
The south-facing rear could have been a weakness, but the design has dealt with it intelligently. Floor-to-ceiling, double-height windows and multiple skylights bring plenty of natural light into the rear of the home.
There is no ensuite and no off-street parking, so those are considerations for the next buyer. But with the village and beach within walking distance, some buyers may see the lack of parking as less important.
The scale makes the buyer profile fairly clear. A couple, small household or downsizer should find plenty to like here.
For a small home, it gets a lot right. In a walkable location like this, I expect there will be competition.
