A substantial family home spread over three levels, with plenty of space and flexibility. The accommodation is excellent, but the presentation does not quite do it justice. There is an industrial feel here, and I think the colours, furniture and garden choices are working against the house rather than for it.
The floorplan is the real strength. Flexible family accommodation across three levels, with options for children close to the main bedroom or further away, plus a separate downstairs zone for guests or older children. The garage works well too. No lift, which is a compromise.
The backyard is pool dominated, but there is still room to garden, play or add something useful. North light comes into the rear, which is another positive.
I suspect there is a much better home hiding here. Some smarter landscaping, colour and furnishing choices could change the whole feel without changing the accommodation.
