One of a pair, sitting on the south side of an east-west street, with the beach about 100 metres away. This is AAA Brighton. Church Street and the train are close by. No question about the location.
There may be some light issues, and the garaging is a little tight, but beyond that, I like it.
I look at this home and ask myself, how does it make me feel? Quite positive, actually. I love the smooth finishes, although maintaining them may be another matter.
The floorplan and flow really work. Upstairs bedrooms, downstairs living and entertaining, with garaging below. It all makes sense.
There aren’t many properties like this around, and with the current market, we may see fewer being built.
If you like it, there is nothing of substance putting me off. And if you don’t, well, go and see if you can find another one.
