James Home Rating: 747 | Grade AB+ | September 2026
This is a beautiful single-level home, and that is the real appeal.
It may look a little dated, but that is probably the only real issue I can see. The floorplan works well, with the living areas positioned to take advantage of the northern aspect. There is some potential for overshadowing, but it doesn’t feel like a significant issue from inside.
The rooms are big, the flow works, and the double garage is another strong positive.
Out the back, what was apparently once a pool is now a really nice garden. If you wanted to bring the pool back, that looks very achievable.
There is a lot to like about this home. But what makes it particularly interesting is how hard this type of property is to find.
If you want the benefits of apartment living, single level, low maintenance and easy to manage, but you don’t actually want to live in an apartment, there are very few houses that offer that combination.
This is one of them. A proper home, with a garden and double garage, but without the stairs and maintenance that often come with a larger house.
For me, that’s the real proposition here, and I think it’s worth coming to have a look.
