Great little family home, and obviously incredibly well received.
I was here at the first open and it was absolute mayhem. There must have been 100 people through the house in that first inspection. Very difficult to get a complete feel for the property with that many people around, but what I did see felt really good.
And you can understand the interest. Four bedrooms plus, three bathrooms, two car spaces and a completely finished home.
Part of the attraction is clearly the price. Quoted around $1.7 million. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two cars and $1.7 million in Balwyn? Hello!
A very reasonable family home, and the level of interest certainly tells you something.
Anyway, we’ll wait and see what happens from here.
