This is a charming home in a really terrific pocket.
The house is a 1920s English Revival, with that old-fashioned English character that gives it plenty of personality. The street is quiet and charming, and the area is a big part of what makes this property appealing.
It is also being presented as a land opportunity, given there is no heritage listing. But I wouldn’t be too quick to dismiss the existing home.
The floorplan retains the original layout, with all the twists and turns you would expect from a home of this era. It isn’t necessarily how we would design a house today, but there is enough here to work with.
The opportunity is to use your imagination and work out what you could do within your budget. There may be ways to alter the layout, improve the flow and make the home much more liveable for 21st-century family life.

For me, the area is the real attraction. The home has plenty of charm, and for the right buyer, there could be a very interesting opportunity here.
