Been through this property a number of times over the years and involved around a few sales. I remember it trading around 6.6 some years ago, and that is roughly where it sits again now.
The front part of the house is beautiful. Big rooms, white, elegant, with real presence. The rear though, south facing and sloping away, never quite got there. It does not feel fully resolved.
Great garage at the back for what it is, and the trees are a real plus. There is a genuine sense of nature here.
Nothing wrong with the location or neighbours. This is a project home. Minor or major entirely up to you.
