Almost Armadale, with Glenferrie Road just down the road. Beautiful dead-end street, some great surrounding homes and 728 square metres on a wide, reasonably deep block.
I’ve inspected this one before, and it has certainly been renovated since.
Downstairs, the floorplan is okay without being special. A few awkward spaces, although the main living area is generous, and the pool is well positioned for entertaining.
Upstairs is the big plus. High ceilings, tall doors, hydronic heating, air conditioning and excellent bedroom sizes. One is almost five by five metres. Good north light, renovated bathrooms and a main bedroom with a generous dressing area and ensuite.
The garaging is a little confusing. There is definitely a single garage, possibly another on the opposite side. Upstairs works really well. Downstairs, I’m less convinced.
Overall, fairly neutral on this one, despite the excellent street and landholding.
