A substantial home on a particularly generous piece of land for this part of Kew. Plenty of bedrooms, generous living areas and garaging well catered for. There is no shortage of space or accommodation here.
On paper, it makes a whole lot of sense. The house sits nicely on the block, capturing the north light, and there is no shortage of space.
But for me, not everything quite connects. The individual ingredients are there, although the overall experience doesn’t quite come together everywhere. Perhaps that’s a little harsh, because there is an awful lot to like.
This is a big, grand home on a very good piece of land. Plenty to work with, but whether all the elements come together for you is another question.
