You know fairly quickly whether this home is speaking your language.
The brief here was clearly not to play it safe. Multiple level changes, bold design decisions and spaces that feel more creative than conventional. Some buyers will immediately get it. Others will not know where to look first.
What cannot be questioned is the functionality. Multiple living areas, multiple bathrooms, pool, off-street parking, and enough space for family life to spread out comfortably.
The trade-off is complexity. This is not a straightforward floorplan and it asks a little more of its owners. There is also active construction next door, which is currently impossible to ignore. But construction ends. Streets endure.
And this remains one of those central Brighton positions where schools, parks and village life sit comfortably within walking distance. A home with character in a location that rarely goes out of fashion.
