I like this house. There is a lot of house and it works.
Four bedrooms upstairs, with a really good separate main. Downstairs, multiple living spaces, then pool, court and a substantial garage below.
This is an entertainer’s house. Teenagers can have friends over, use the pool and court, move in and out without taking over the entire home. Equally, the adults can entertain properly while everyone has their own space.
It is almost the MCG of entertaining. Multiple things happening at once and the house can handle it.
Hanby Street, close to key schools, so the family market is obvious.
They are asking $13 million. Courageous.
The only thing I question is the price. Everything else, I think is fantastic.
