Very simple, basic double fronted home. These sorts of properties can perform well in Surrey Hills, but I would not say this is the best example.
South facing rear, block slopes away, one car space, smaller rooms inside and no ensuite. There is not a lot jumping out at me.
Look at the neighbours and you see a little more character, a little more brightness. So this one comes back to price.
