Big house, big block of land. Plenty of accommodation, high quality finishes and a floorplan that actually works reasonably well.
So why the hesitation? You walk through and come away thinking, yes, okay. There is plenty to like, but it doesn’t quite grab you. The outlook across the road doesn’t help, and some of the garage arrangements are worth considering.
The quality is there. The space is there. The house does what it sets out to do.
But this is one where the overall feel becomes important. You need to connect with it. And I’m not sure everyone will.
A substantial offering, but not an automatic yes.
