That's correct my friend. Look at the graphic above. We are just turning a corner and those that are selling are at market: not 10 to 20% above market, dreaming of 2021. We are nowhere near 2021 yet, but for some we are starting to chortle back in that direction!

Four bidders pursued the property and eventually the property was purchased under the hammer by the third bidder for $3,110,000.

When bidder 2 asked to place a $500 bid, Mr Hart quipped that it was a house on sale, not a pair of shoes.  Not to be deterred, Bidder 2 held on to take the keys to a round of applause.

It was this unhurried bidder who eventually secured the pass in rights at $5,700,000.
