Great street, tram and all, with the Gardens at the end. That matters. Focusing on the terrace itself, the left one, this is a good version.
I described it as a Wimbledon cucumber and smoked salmon sandwich. Not overly wide, not narrow, just right. Three levels where the top, the middle and the bottom all work, as do the front and the back.
Lower level suits guests or work. Middle is where you live, and it feels classy. Upstairs gives flexibility with bedrooms front and back.
Rear garden is modest, garage is tight but usable.
For a terrace, this lands well.
